PatioHQReviews of patiohq.com

Kenny was amazing! You are so lucky that he works with your company. I was searching for a couch to match my existing set and Kenny knew that there was one at the warehouse. He ended up driving to the warehouse and taking a picture of the couch so we could confirm that it was the correct one and to make sure I’d be satisfied with my purchase. Kenny exhibits such professionalism and excels at customer service. He exceeded all of my expectations and I’m very grateful to him.

Easy to order, material quality is superb.

I was thrilled that PatioHQ had the cushions for my set that was originally exclusive to Macy's. They were a bit pricy but no more than Macy's charged when they carried them. Also, I was surprised at how quickly they were produced and shipped.

Outstanding product. Great Value and Quality. Would buy again

While it was difficult over the holiday weekend to speak to someone by phone they did call me back directly and gave me clear instructions how to order custom cushions. They arrived in the time I was told and they are beautiful! Fit my outdoor furniture perfectly.

I use patio HQ for all mine and my clients outdoors seating needs. Ken is THE BEST!

It was easy to navigate the site. The cushions I ordered came within 3 to 5 days. Very fast service. Just as promised. Great quality product.

Every person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I had a hard time making a decision and visited the store several times. Everyone from the manager to the delivery guys were great to deal with.
