Placed order on 4/2 with expectations that it would ship by 4/18. Called on 4/25 to check status. Was told it would ship by following week. Called multiple times the following week and left messages with no one calling me back. Called week before Memorial Day and was told it would be expedited that week. Order did not arrive and I had to borrow patio furniture from neighbors for our Memorial Day event. It’s a week later and I’m expecting delivery today. No follow up, poor customer service. I hope there are no issues with the product when they arrive. Not likely to purchase from PHQ again.

Hi Lawrence, so sorry about that. A replacement was made and should be on the way to you, sounds like someone in the WH picked the wrong part number and accidentally shipped the wrong product.

Two HUGE problems
We ordered and paid for a table May 7 - delivered August 11. We were informed that there would be a delay, but then they kept pushing the delivery date back again every month AND we had to chase patiohq to find out what was happening. Second, we ordered the Delmar 60"rectangular patio table. You cannot sit on the sides of this table because the base comes right up to the edge so there is no place for your legs! Your knees hit the cross bars -- painfully. It is useless as a table. You can't really tell that from the photos, and it never occurred to me that there wouldn't be enough overhang for seating. Why even make a table that way? A horrible customer experience and I'm just devastated to have completely wasted $663.
UPDATE: Kenny from PatioHQ reached out immediately and was helpful. He discovered the table had been sent from the manufacturer with the wrong base. They are sending a new one. I really appreciate the follow up and their willingness to make it right.

This was a mistake and is being fixed, we apologize for the inconvenience as the manufacturer is correcting the issue.
Thank you,

You sent the wrong tables or happy.
You sent the wrong tables. I sent them back over a week ago and I have yet to receive the replacement tables.
Response from PatioHQJun 28, 2022
Hi Timothy, the manufacturer's warehouse made a mistake and sent the wrong chairs. You placed your original order on June 8th with an estimated ship date of July 5th-11th which is clearly noted on the email sent as well as the checkout and product page where you place your order. We sent the order early which is highly unusual with all of the current supply chain issues which you received on June 14th. We created a replacement order on June 17th which shipped out to you on June 27th and were delivered on June 28th so even though the wrong tables were initially sent, we immediately took care of this and sent out a replacement from a different warehouse which had the correct tables, and you received the correct tables well before your original estimated date when you first placed your order. If that isn't great customer service during a time when supply chains are overwhelmed and in crisis, than we are not sure what else to say.
Thank you for your feedback and your business!

I was advised to purchase the wrong…
I was advised to purchase the wrong cushions by NorthCape, whom I’ve been told owns patio HQ and now I am in a battle to get the right cushions or my money back. Updated: Ken at Patio HQ agree to reproduce my cushions, asked me for an additional $370 because the original cushions were produced too small and these were larger. I agreed to pay, because that’s what was fair. Bigger cushion, more money. Guess what? Second set of cushions were produced too large, despite me sending the dimensions to Ken a half a dozen times. How hard is it to produce a cushion when the specific dimensions are supplied to you? But WAIT…. THERES MORE! After acknowledging the goof up yet again, WE’RE ONTO ORDER THREEEEEE! I place the order with Ken, confirm dimensions again, then he goes dark on me for 3 weeks. When I reach out to find the status of my order, I am met with excuse after excuse as to why he hasn’t been in contact. He mentions to me that we will do the swap in one week, and that the cushions were being produced (that was a lie). Right after our text conversation I get an order confirmation in my email stating my order was received. As suspected the order wasn’t in production. ONE DAY before the swap is suppose to happen, I get a call from Ken. He proceeds to tell me he is a “wounded soldier” and was instructed by his boss that prior to producing my cushions they would need another $300. Mind you, I am already $1,081 in with this company who is fixing their THIRD mess up.
After telling Ken I am not paying any more money, he adamantly demanded that I produce the name or the email of the person who initially told me what cushions to order on the initial order from MAY. He told me he is calling “bull s**t” on me and it’s MY FAULT the cushions were ordered incorrectly on the initial order.
This company is very poorly run, and they pay ZERO attention to detail. Also, not so strong in the customer service category either. It’s a bad idea to tell a customer that your calling “bull s**t” on them when your company has produced the cushion order wrong NOT ONCE but TWICE. Especially when the “manager” Ken who personally assisted with the second order.
I’d highly encourage people to think twice about doing business with this company AND ESPECIALLY Ken.
Updated 8/14/21:
Ken’s response to this review is almost laughable.
I have text messages contradicting everything he has shared. The level of customer service of his company is clear, blame the customer.
I woke up one morning and just decided to start ordering replacement cushions randomly, hoping they’d fit my set, sound logical, right?
I googled NorthCape, who is the manufacturer of my set, spoke to a lady who shared a URL for their product catalog with me. Based on the pictures and dimensions of the cushions, she recommended a specific cushion.
It was wrong.
Ken acknowledged she was wrong and attempted to make it correct by re-manufacturing the cushions. He advised me the NorthCape team was wrong and that my set was a set produced for Macy’s. He then confirmed the dimensions with me AND PERSONALLY placed the order for me for the correct cushions. Only, HE ORDERED THE INCORRECT SIZE AGGGAAAAIN!
I have spent $1,081.73 on cushions with Ken. NONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN CORRECT. So when he SO GENEROUSLY offered to let me keep the incorrect cushions, as he mentioned in his reply, of course I was upset.
Ask yourself would pay $1,081.73 for something and be happy keeping it if it was incorrect?
Again, I highly highly suggest not working with Ken.
You can see in his response, he’s only interested in deflecting blame and pretending they bent over backwards to assist me.
The only reason he offer to drive out and swap my cushions IS BECAUSE I DROVE TO PICK UP THE FIRST 2 SCREWED UP ORDERS!
He’s a true gem.

This isn't the complete story, the customer assumed what furniture frame collection he had and initially ordered incorrectly. He stated that someone from the manufacturer told him what to order and so we asked him who told him and he couldn't provide that information because the manufacturer doesn't do that so he had nothing to show us. Then we tried to offer a resolution and he sent the incorrect website link to what he thought was the correct furniture collection. On the third attempt, he finally sent us the correct dimensions and we mentioned later that it would be an additional $300 because that is what these cushions would've cost had we received the correct information from the customer the first time around. So we offered to make these cushions to fit for him and he refused to pay the additional money that it costs. We also offered to personally come and pick up the old cushions and deliver the new cushions.
He didn't want to pay so we offered to take back what he wants to return and keep the rest as he initially mentioned would be a resolution. Then he contacted us back and told us to eat it, said that he was going to dispute with his credit card company, not return any of the product and sell it on Ebay for $1/cushion.
Sorry it didn't workout as planned but we tried our best to work with this person and simply couldn't.
Have a great rest of the summer!
