Shipment and ordering was quick and well packaged. Good quality. The color was not exact as represented in photos. Ordered yellow which looked more chartreuse but is actually butter yellow.

Our first patio umbrella broke! They replaced it and we only had to pay $50 for shipping. It was cheaper than shipping it ourselves.

Believe my patio order is on back-order, but have not received any update from PatioDepot yet.

I own an estate rental in Palm Springs with 8 bedrooms. I’m very picky and expect Hotel Quality Plus. These are beautiful. Nicer than I expected. Excellent coloring, mod design but very correct. Thick cushions in dark blue Solaris fabric. Designer! Will look amazing at Casa Grande!

The customer service was great. I thought we would receive an email when the umbrella shipped with an expected delivery date. That didn't happen but the umbrella arrived timely and in good condition.
