I wish zero stars was an option. I place an order. After I paid for the item, I got nothing to prove my transaction in return. No receipt, no tracking number, not even a f#@k you! I paid with a Visa card, so I didn't worry too much about it. After 2 weeks of calling and getting an answering machine, I tried the chat feature on the website. That was useless. The chatbot just kept requesting contact info but, I got no calls or email. Finally, I filed a dispute via Visa and, after a few days, I got a refund. Patio Depot is a total scam! STAY AWAY!

I don’t have my order so my feedback is on the incorrect delivery date posted on your site. I ordered expecting for things to be delivered in 2 weeks due to processing and shipping. I was called Sunday night informing me that my order is out of stock and the next shipment isn’t expected until late May nearly 2 months later than I expected. I have a family event on June 11th and now I’m worried it won’t get here in time.

Ordered 3/15/2021 and a week later the order still hasn't been shipped. Took my money and never sent a confirmation or anything. NOT HAPPY AND WILL REPORT THIS.

I wish Patio Depot had sent an email confirming my order - I had to call to check on the status. Also, it has been 8 days and my order is still "processing" - that's fine but I'd like to be kept informed.

I tried to order from here. At checkout I kept getting an error message. I could not get the checkout to work. i emailed twice, and i tried live chat. no one responds to either. so i bought from betterpatio.com and they were great

I never received the furniture! Never even got an approximate delivery date. And you are now asking me to review my purchasing experience??

I haven't received any update on my order from 7 days ago. Improved communication is appreciated.

Horrible company so far! Non existent customer service! I don’t think they are even legit! Do not purchase from this website! Buyer beware!
