Patient Fi overcharged me by $1700+ dollars and took almost 60 days to get it back to me. I believe this is a common practice by Patient Fi to hold on to money and build interest on. Definitely a horrible experience and will never use Patient Fi again and will warn others to stay away as well.

Hi Tomas, We’re truly sorry to hear about the experience you had, and we apologize for the delay in processing your refund. To be transparent, we did experience some delays in issuing refunds, but please know that PatientFi does not benefit from these delays, nor do we keep any part of the refund. We are actively working to improve our processes to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

I tried to approve a transaction, but was stopped because PatientFi's app could not verify my face recognition. This was frustrating, but the issue was resolved within an hour or two.

I received a speedy and direct answer to my question. I didn’t like the answer but that’s not the fault of customer service. There should be a mechanism within the membership which allows a member to pay off a treatment balance without canceling their membership. This is very off putting. I will definitely not be using PRIVI payment plan options going forward. On the front it’s made to sound great and convenient but there’s literally no flexibility and I don’t like that.

Hi Lisa, We truly value and appreciate your feedback. We are constantly attempting to find ways to improve our platform. We understand that flexibility to make payments is important to you, as it may be for others. Our team has taken note of this feature request and are working to implement a function that will allow members to make additional payments towards their treatments. PRIVI is currently working to roll out a feature like this within the next few months. Once again, thank you for your feedback!

Yeah they offer interest free loans but slam you 50 points on your credit score and if your credit score goes down they take away your allowable money
Response from PatientFiAug 6, 2024
Hi Norah, We completely understand your concern about the impact to your credit score. Unfortunately, PatientFi has no control over how your credit score is effected after accepting a loan with us. Accepting any form of financing, loans, credit cards, etc., can have an impact to your credit score. Your credit score is controlled by the credit bureaus. The specific details within your personal credit history would determine the level of impact accepting a new loan will have on your score. If you feel there is an error in your credit profile I would highly recommend contacting the credit bureaus directly to request a copy of your credit report and dispute any inaccuracies with them. PatientFi does provide approval windows of 120 days. This means you have full access to use our financing during that time, up to your approved amount. We do not reduce your approved amount during that 120 days. After the 120 days, your approval does expire. However, you may re-apply with us with zero impact to your credit score. I hope this provides more clarity on how our program and services work. You may always reach out to us directly at 866.734.5979 with more questions. Thank you! -PatientFi Member Support
