Communication is OK. Customer service is NICE, BUT YOU NEED TO BE PATIENT. They take their money no problem but if they owe you money - refund TAKES 60 DAYS and no communication confirming any refund statuses. You have to call and get the details. The interest rates are out of control as of recent. Get a private loan if you can it will probably be better interest rates.
