Apparantly due to a software outtage my order was messed up and never fully finalized. However, I wasn't informed of this and only found out after I sent a message a few days after it seemed like my package should have arrived. I was then told my order would go through and come as if it had just been placed that day. I was offered no discount or much apology other than a "Sorry about that". I'd hope they could be more pro-active in the event of such a failure for other customers.

Top notch company, I am looking forward to placing more orders in the future with them...

Great Patches The patches are well made and as promised, I had them in 14 days from the day I ordered them. Company was easy to work with and very helpful.

Their prices are ok but they have some serious problems. Communication - This is key for me. They don't communicate well. I have asked them to send me an update email and they say they will. I don't ever get anything. I have called and left messages and they don't call back. I am told they are sending me an update and then I get nothing. I can't trust their word on anything now and no matter how good the product is or how amazing the price may be, I can't do it if they don't follow through. I can't do business with them anymore. I will pay more with another company just to know that when you say you are going to do something, you do it. It's sad really. I want to like them.
