I love the quality of the embroidery work on the patches. They really look fantastic. The only thing I would say that needs to be improved on is the time in which the patches are received. My particular order was a memorial patch for a friend of mine that died. I would have liked to have gotten them a little sooner. Other than that I'm completely satisfied with my experience.

Patches4Less were Johnny on the spot with first order, Great customer service and always an answer to any question. The product delivered was more than expected. A very good product. The second order is like they fell off the map. Few to no responses. Still waiting after weeks. Did you go out of business?

It was very difficult working with Tim. The drafts from the factory that he gave us were not at all what we wanted. When asked to modify it, it would take days to hear a response back from him. It was unfortunately because the patches did not turn out how we wanted them in the time frame we wanted them. I hope in the future we can work better to fix the patch draft from the factor.
