This website had trouble processing my order on a desktop platform and on my MacBook, I was able to use an iPhone to complete my patch purchase. Other than the website crashing on all my devices other than my phone, they made it very easy to order custom patches in a timely fashion. (The desktop crash was on google, and MacBook crash was on safari)

Super fast proof turn around and easy to work with. Patches are a very nice quality overall - although the edges of my patch have a navy blue outline/border - the white sides of the patch show from the front and make the edges look a little 'scrappy'... so i won't be able to just iron-on to a dark navy shirt as I had planned - will have to over-stitch and sew on with a navy thread to conceal the white edges to have a more finished look. Easy to fix - but Wasn't planning a 2nd step and add cost.

Very easy process. Customer service was very hands on and was able to provide changes I asked for in a timely manner. Patches look great and are the quality I expected. The only reason for 4/5 is that the website said it could accept certain file types, but when I tried to upload them, it would not let me (.ai, .eps).

Patches were great, and delivered quickly. If the quote had been correct, and I wasn't charged $35USD more I would have given them 5 stars.
