From beginning to end, Passports was there to help. I did my research and decided on Passports because their local guides and centrally located hotels. We walked a lot and took in the culture. Everything was as expected and absolutely perfect. The only hiccups were ones that we created...a security issue at the airport caused me, the group leader, to have to call the Passports emergency number. She answered right away and guided me, telling me what I had to do. She was so helpful and put me at ease. This was my first tour, and I fell so smart choosing Passports! As long as I am the group leader, I will never use another company!

Passports offers an exceptional tour experience from beginning to end. Customer service during the planning and recruitment phases of the trip were timely, helpful, and professional. The sales directors and other coordinators bent over backwards to accommodate special requests and make everything customized to our curriculum. Billing and participant communication was smooth and questions about trip logistics were answered thoroughly and quickly. The trip itself was an amazing experience. Everything went smoothly. Hotels were comfortable and convenient. Meals were tasty. Tour guides were informative, courteous, and interesting. Our tour director was very well organized and kept us to our itinerary but was still flexible and made things very fun for everyone. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and caring and his enthusiasm for what we were seeing was infectious. I look forward to working with Passports again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

When another company told us they could no longer accommodate our small group of 7 on one of their tours to Spain after a year an a half of planning with them and participants already having paid in full, I contacted Passports and immediately received an email from them. Passports organized a tour for my group to Madrid and Barcelona as we had planned. The tour was perfect, the hotels and meals were top notch, and our tour guide and local guide were fantastic. I would highly recommend Passports to any teacher that plans to take students on a tour.

This was the first ever experience I have had with student travel, but from what others have told me, this company is on point. We traded from another competing company after we had an awful time getting student money back once COVID shut everything down. I honestly thought we were just a number among thousands, but once I met these people at the teacher training, I realized this company is something special. I remember meeting David the first day and it took me a while to realize he wasn´t another teacher, but the owner of the company! He knew all about my tour and although we weren´t going to Europe, he meets darn near every single tour that goes on in Europe during the spring and summer! My niece went on a tour with a competing company and must have told me a million times how awful the food was, but I can tell you the food was nothing but top notch during our entire tour! We had desserts and appetizers and honestly everything was so good! I even brought home the menu they made for our group with dinner selections because it had my name on it! Our tour director was awesome! The first day she asserted her dominance as the boss of the tour in the most professional way possible and after that the kids were always on point with her. We have only been back 2 days, but each day the kids tell me how much they miss Karla. As the lead for the tour, she was indispensable with her knowledge and helpfulness. This company has exceeded my expectations in everyway possible. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending them to anyone.

I have travelled with students for many years with a few companies. Passports takes the experience to a whole new level from the very beginning of the process to the end of the trip. The planning is always careful and accommodating to what the leader wants and not the company agenda. The details are all covered thoroughly so that the actual trip flows smoothly and efficiently. The accommodations are ideal for every city that I have used and the meals are all the gastronomy of the country - and very delicious. In every way, Passports is a highly professional company that delivers on its promises and its marketing information. I would use no other company.

Passports is a top-notch student travel company. I have had the opportunity to work with them for many years, and I have always appreciated their professionalism, friendliness, attention to details, and quick response to any needs we might have. Dale and Dave go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy, and I consider it a privilege to collaborate with them. They were especially helpful during the pandemic when our trip had to be postponed and ultimately cancelled. They always make sure our requests are honored as best as possible. Our hotels are in great locations, the food is great, and the experiences are wonderful. I work closely with Kris in the planning stages of our trips, and she is extremely helpful. Tara always responds quickly to our needs and questions, and the tour directors are amazing. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Larry who does a fabulous job of adapting to the needs of each particular group. Passports is by far one of the best student travel companies out there.

This was my second time taking a group with Passports.com. We had a fabulous time on our trip to Portugal & Spain! Navigating a trip during an a pandemic is tricky to say the least. Passports with their extensive knowledge and great staff made it a trip to remember for all! Our onsite Tour Director, Sales Director, and Pre-Tour Director were top notch!!! Thank you ❤️

Passports is a highly reputable company from start to finish. Lots of groups claim they have city center hotels, but nobody but Passports actually does. All of our hotels were centrally located in the heart of the cities. The meals always had 3-4 courses and everyone was always pleased with the presentation and taste. I had a custom tour, and everything was planned exactly as I intended. Wonderful to work with such a wonderful company. The President of the company met us twice for dinner on my trip and sat with us and discussed our tour. It was nice to be able to express things directly to the President of Passports. Outstanding company with precise execution of my custom tour.
