This program truly breaks down medicine and how to truly approach everything knowing physio, biochem pharm and pathophysiology. What it’s missing is anatomy, embryo, and imaging. It’s more than solid knowledge above and beyond the boards. However, it needs to be complemented with those other areas that are missing. I love how Dr Francis truly breaks down how to approach the objectively a question. A thing no other review course does. It’s a solid review to truly understand medicine and test taking skills.

This program made me reshaped my way of thinking and studying. It was very interactive and kept me engaged. It was nice to have some structure and Dr. Francis was amazing!

I am studying in Volgograd state medical university,Russia. I am not preparing for usmle .. but I am still watching dr Francis videos everyday .. after watching his videos my grades suddenly start changing . Thank you PASS PROGRAM .

The PASS program is truly incredible and has helped me so much. I came to the program in 2019, really feeling down on my luck, but since then, I have passed Step 2 and Step 3 (without any failures since doing the program). I feel so indebted to Dr. Francis, the PASS program, and the support and the community the PASS program provided. It has allowed me to progress in my medical career when I felt incredibly stagnant. It has helped fill in the gaps of my knowledge to not only do better on the standarized exams, but also I know the knowledge basis I learned in the PASS Program will also help me be a better physician to my patients and to think critically about new frontiers in medicine. Thank you!!!

Great program!

Wasted $2000. If you need a motivational speaker, this is great. But for content review - too many mistakes, bad explanations, lots of gimmicks. The "book" they send you is very poorly put together. So many spelling errors throughout the course - seriously, how hard is it to look up a word you can't spell?!?! Some of the many examples: "Thallesemias," "Mediterainian," "Liscenced" - I wish I was making these up, I took screenshots to send to my friends. The OMM instructor doesn't even have access to any question banks and picks a random student to open their personal question bank for the entire class to use that day. If you're the type of person who can easily be convinced to join a cult, this is perfect for you, and you will love and worship Dr Francis as many in my class did. He will bring in former students for their "testimonials." Otherwise, stay away. If you're an atheist, stay away - the first line on his first slide will say "Believe in God." When doing morning questions together, he will take credit for questions that a student answers correctly, but blame the student for the ones wrong. He doesn't know ANY histology - he'd repeatedly exclaim, "I don't like pictures." By the way, "Morning Questions" is doing questions from either Amboss or UWorld; one student at a time thinks through a question in front of the rest of the class. If Dr Francis knows the answer he will pretty much push the student towards that answer so that at the end of the session, the score will look good. The entire course is an advertisement for himself, he will brag nonstop about how great and smart he is, and the last lecture will include his life story, when he saw Jesus, and all his heroics. He will say that he doesn't care about money as long as students learn, but will not extend morning questions one week for those whose exam is only one week away (I'm in a group chat where several students asked to do this). Also he was always raising his voice in a patronizing preacher type tone. There were 2 other instructors who took over a couple of the classes but their heavy accents made it difficult to follow without captions (I grew up in another country and also speak with an accent). Stick to question banks (UWorld, Amboss, Combank) and learn from them on your own instead, or find another program. For me, this course was a waste of time and money. I feel bad writing this review and it took me several weeks to finally do it but I also don't want others regretting their choices like I am. Again, the majority of the students in my class thought this was an amazing course and can't say enough good things about it.

PASS has been a huge resource for me in my step 1 prep, from micro to pathophysiopharma most especially biochem and the connections Dr. Francis makes when he is flowing. Intergretes UWorld early AM daily and a regimen to mesh with my study routine is all I needed to pass dreadful STEP1. I went in to my exam confident knowing I was finally well prepared. After I achieved my goal I ended up clearing CK with the foundation from Dr. Lee Pava, forever ringing in my head is ox clox diclox I recommend each and every person studying for STEP1. PASS most definetley helped me approach questions with my knowledge with poise inhibiting any cortisol from ever again clouding me. Thank you for everything Dr. Francis & Mr. T.

This program has been an absolute blessing!! Dr. Francis really cares about the students and their progress. He believes in us and gives us the proper tools to aid in our success. I have tried another program similar to this one but I did not feel the same warmth and acceptance from them like I do at Pass. It is important to not only give students the tools they need to succeed to but let them know you believe in their capabilities. Pass Program does exactly this! Thank you!
