Give This Girl Some Room! I started off making the same score on every COMP exam, and I could not shake it. The PASS Program made me feel welcomed into the family. They gave me hope and helped me regain my confidence back! Dr. Francis has taught me patterns which is how my brain works! I hate memorizing facts. I always need to know the how and why to understand information and boyyyyy Dr. Francis has definitely straightened up my thinking. With Dr. Francis 5-step approach to questions, my score on my COMP exams have improved! I am answering questions much better and I know my biochemistry and physiology so much better! I've been empowered!

I learned so much from Dr. Francis. He took his time and taught us how to THINK and answer questions without memorization! I was literally blown away with being able to learn 5-10 diseases in 15 minutes simply on recalling “normal findings.” I highly recommend the morning questions and prep course! I think this course was extremely helpful, the way Dr. Francis breaks things down is incredible. Rather than memorizing things, he helps you understand the basics and builds on that to teach you where and why things go wrong. If I had been taught this way from the beginning, I don't think I would have struggled as much throughout my first 2 years of medical school. Every single day, my mind was blown by the connections made in this course. Dr. Francis truly cares about students' success and I will forever be grateful to him for being able to share his knowledge.

Although initially skeptical about the usefulness of the PASS program, I was thoroughly impressed. This was more than a content review program, rather, it was a solidification of the pattern thinking that merges medical sciences with practical disease pathology. I feel that my medical sciences foundation have solidified and I am able to identify important disease patterns rather than memorize facts. I appreciate Dr. Francis and his approach to lecturing and instilling these skills in PASS students. He was very engaged, energetic and was genuinely excited about medicine. He had a lot of patience with students and helped to consistently bring up previous material that were taught to further aid in the storage of that information into longer term memory. There was a strategic pattern into the format of the class and the way it was taught. The content itself was very high yield information and updated with current guidelines. I appreciate the supplemental lecture, TAs, and tutors that have all made this a wonderful experience. Everyone was genuinely interested in helping students become better learners
