Dr Francis taught us to understand every concept, every idea, every detail so that we can work through any question we are given and not memorize. This is true learning. The pass program is full of the most empathetic and compassionate teachers you can imagine, led by Dr. Francis. Using their method of understanding rather than memorizing, you start from the basics and end up in a great position to conquer your exam of choice. I attended for Comlex level 2 and was floored by how effective their method is, if you follow it.

I’ve never met a doctor who has such a passion and ability to inspire like Dr Francis. He has created more than just a program but a community built on passion for medicine. He inspires a faith in students that nobody has ever had in them and it’s amazing to me. There is something very special happening with this program. It feels like the people that go through here are all created to become incredible physician that know how to reason in a deep and meaningful way. The PASS Program has been a very eye opening experience thus far. The explanations of some of the concepts are very different and much better than when I initially learned them. I also love and appreciate the way the program has developed a family like environment to help people in their process toward becoming a licensed practicing physician in the United States. Dr. Francis has a "leave no man left behind" spirit. And he helps to push all of his students towards greatness! I most definitely suggest for every student studying medicine to experience being under Dr. Francis' tutelage at least once.
