Had ik deze reviews maar eerder gelezen! Zelfs 1 ster is het niet waard. Bezorging binnen 2-3 dagen wordt er beloofd. Morgen een kinderverjaardag, 5 dagen later nog niks binnen!!! Waardeloos bedrijf.

Once this company has your money they have a don't care attitude. Customer service is basically non existent unless you are placing an order. Finding any joy in dealing with this company is like drawing blood from a stone. My order was due for delivery TODAY and it has not even updated from "pending shipment". If you want to be guaranteed your goodies for Halloween to be delivered in time. Don't order them from Party City

Extremely terrible experience with the Eastgate location, the man behind the desk was very rude and unprofessional and when I called back later to sort things out he was even worse on the phone. If I could give this location zero stars I would.

A BAD company with very misleading names for their products and prices. I bought the same products with more in each packet for less than a fraction of the price in deals. They took five days to reply as the returns page wasn’t working and I’m still having difficulty absolute shambles

The young guy at the counter was beyond arrogant and rude. I don’t know why he was maybe he doesn’t like Asians but his way of behaving towards me was really unbelievable. I also found that while I swiped my credit card it quickly gave the music notification and the ✅ sign , so i assumed my card rang up the transaction. However he just rudely remarked Ma’m you haven’t paid . Its embarrassing but I just let him know I had gotten notifications that my card was previously approved. But I went ahead and inserted it again. It might be a problem with their card machine etc but my intentions were honest.!! Yet he was arrogant about it when I explained this. Im not going to Sawmill Party city ever again. If basic politeness isint available, its best to not go.

Ordered some balloons for my kid's birthday and used curbside pickup. Pick up was at 5 and I didn't get my balloons until 5:40 and said they couldn't find my order. Glad that they were kind and got my order in the end, but wish they could do better with timing with pickup orders.

I ordered some stuff online and they charged me the wrong amount my total was $38 and they charged me $30 at first and once they shipped my stuff they charged me the actual $38 I waited because I thought it would get fixed and charged me the rest of what I should be paying, both payments are posted on my account called them and the lady was no use she told me to wait 14 days lol and that she only sees the $38 that I paid. Waste of my time and money.

Absoluter dreck!! Ich habe eine Cat Woman Maske gekauft und das Produkt das mir geliefert wurde ist eine absolute Frechheit. Anstelle der auf der Website beworbenen Maske wurde mir ein billiger Papp Ausschnitt von einem Gesicht mit aufgedruckter Maske geschickt. Überhaupt nicht zu gebrauchen! Das grenzt schon an Betrug!! Nie wieder!! Kauft bloß nicht bei Party City!!
