I have three outboard motors. A 9.9 a 20hp and a 150hp. I order all three oil change kits at a great price. The delivery time is really good. So I can service my engines and go fishing for the season. Definitely will continue doing business with Partsvu.

The part said in stock so I ordered. It took one week to send it and they sent it snail mail and another week to get it. Won't use this company again.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration or confusion regarding your order. We understand why you expected the item to ship immediately based on how it appeared at the time of purchase, and we are sorry for any misunderstanding that caused. In this case, we did send you an email the same day to notify you that the part needed to be allocated before it could ship. Once the item was released, it shipped promptly. Transit from Florida to Washington took approximately 3 business days, which is faster than UPS Ground delivery timeframes for that distance. While we understand it may have felt longer, the total timeline from order to delivery was about 6 business days. We truly do our best to keep customers informed as inventory situations change, and we regret any inconvenience this caused. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify what occurred.
