Thank you for your continued business and for taking the time to leave such a detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear your Yamaha F25 arrived in perfect condition and that you were happy with both the pricing and overall experience. We also appreciate the honest feedback regarding the delay in receiving a shipping update. Communication during the fulfillment process is something we are continually working to improve, especially with larger freight shipments like outboard motors. It means a lot to us that PartsVu continues to be your boat parts vendor of choice. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to helping you with your boating needs for many seasons to come!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we really appreciate it. We’re glad to hear you’ve had good success finding the parts you need, along with quick shipping, fair pricing, and convenient maintenance kits. It’s great to know we continue to be your go-to source for annual PM parts and supplies. We also appreciate your note regarding backorders and factory-direct items. You’re absolutely right that availability isn’t always reflected in real time for items fulfilled directly from manufacturers. We understand how that can be frustrating, and your feedback is helpful as we continue working to improve inventory visibility and communication around lead times. Thank you again for your continued support and for choosing PartsVu.

We also appreciate you pointing out the issue with the fuel filters and are glad our team was able to quickly correct that for you. We appreciate your understanding and your support, and we look forward to serving you again!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear your prior orders arrived on time and that you were satisfied with OEM parts, pricing, and overall service. We also appreciate your honest note regarding your most recent experience. We understand how important it is to stay informed when an item is backordered—especially when the rest of the order is on hold. Your feedback about offering in-stock alternatives or clearer delay communication is very helpful and will be shared with our team as we continue to improve the ordering experience. We’re also glad the cancellation and refund process was completed quickly for you. We truly appreciate your business and the time you took to share this with us.

Thank you for your feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share it. We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with our selection and team. That said, I do want to clarify regarding the coupon mentioned. We do not currently offer a 20% off coupon program, and there isn’t an active discount of that type available through our system. Because of that, it would not be something that can be applied at checkout. We also appreciate your note about incentives for repeat customers. Feedback like this is helpful and will be shared with our team as we continue to evaluate ways to improve value for our loyal customers. We truly appreciate your continued support and the amount of business you’ve done with us, and we hope to continue earning it moving forward.

Thank you for taking the time to update your review. We’re sorry to hear about the initial issue with the damaged packaging and the inconvenience it caused. We also appreciate you working with our team to provide the additional details so we could properly address it. We’re glad we were able to resolve this for you quickly with a replacement and refund, and that everything has now been made right. While carrier handling can sometimes result in damage during transit, we always want to ensure our customers are taken care of when issues like this occur. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to correct the situation, and we’re grateful for your continued support.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. I understand how concerning it is to be waiting on a refund and having difficulty reaching someone by phone—especially when you’re trying to get this resolved quickly. I also want to clarify that we do offer several ways to reach us in addition to holding in the phone queue. You are always welcome to email us directly at [email protected], which is often the fastest way to get an update on refunds and returns. Additionally, when calling in, you can press 0 to request a callback from an agent rather than waiting on hold, and you’re always able to leave a voicemail as well. During peak boating season, these options help us manage higher-than-normal call volume while still ensuring customers are assisted. To properly look into your refund and provide an accurate update, I will need a bit more information such as your order number or the name and email used on the order. Once I have that, I can locate your return and give you a clear status update right away. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to get this resolved.

Please feel free to email us at [email protected] , and include your order number and a phone number if you’d prefer a call back. Our team can walk you through how the points system works and verify your account details so you’re getting full credit moving forward.
