The convenience of getting all of the filters and lubricants in a kit based off the engine type and HP made shopping very easy. Even with my older boat the PartsVu tech was able to tell me which oils and filters I needed.

I would like some one to take the fuel filter for mercury boat 879885Q and see how they do not fit the fuel disconnect fitting's that i returned witch the package states 5/16--I measured those fitting and they are 3/8 is why i returned them and you held back the shipping charges from my refund--the mistake is your packaging. please e-mail back that someone check the fittings
Response from PartsVuMay 15, 2026
Hello Keith, Thank you for reaching out. We did receive the returned parts and your refund has already been processed. While the listing and packaging are correct as described, we have also refunded the shipping charges as a courtesy. We did review the fittings again and they are exactly as labeled. The sizing referenced is based on the inner diameter measurement, which is standard for these fittings. In reviewing your schematic, Mercury shows two different fitting options for that application, and unfortunately the option purchased was not the correct version for your setup. We certainly understand the confusion, especially since the outer dimensions can appear different when measured manually, but the product itself is correctly packaged and labeled according to the manufacturer specifications. We appreciate your feedback and understand the frustration this caused. Please let us know if you would like assistance identifying the correct fitting option for your application and we would be happy to help.

I have been buying my boat parts from PartsVu for a while now and have never been disappointed. I had ordered a 25 HP Yamaha this time. It was a great price. the only complaint I would have if any, was that it was two weeks before I got an update on the ship time for my motor after their initial order confirmation. My order came in by carrier and the box looked like it was never touched. Perfect condition! Great price and service as always. PartsVu is my boat part vendor of choice.
Response from PartsVuMay 18, 2026
Thank you for your continued business and for taking the time to leave such a detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear your Yamaha F25 arrived in perfect condition and that you were happy with both the pricing and overall experience. We also appreciate the honest feedback regarding the delay in receiving a shipping update. Communication during the fulfillment process is something we are continually working to improve, especially with larger freight shipments like outboard motors. It means a lot to us that PartsVu continues to be your boat parts vendor of choice. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to helping you with your boating needs for many seasons to come!

Your Peoples told me that the merchandise will be available in three days, then shipped to me inmediately. Still waiting. This is no good for business. I made compromise expecting this parts
Response from PartsVuMay 18, 2026
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delay with your order. We understand your concerns, especially after being advised the merchandise would be available within a few days and shipped immediately afterward. Unfortunately, there appears to have been some miscommunication regarding the estimated availability timeline, partly due to language barriers during the initial communication. We regret that the expectations set did not match the actual fulfillment process. To help avoid any further confusion, we have since connected you directly with one of our Spanish-speaking team members to ensure clearer communication and better assistance moving forward. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to serve you, and we apologize again for the inconvenience this situation has caused.
