Ordered control board for freezer that arrived DOA. PartSimple said to mail back control board and a replacement would be sent. After two weeks I emailed them inquiring about the return, they emailed back saying they will submit a refund as they no longer stock the part. I waited two weeks with no freezer after PartSimple said they would send a replacement. Of course their website shows they have the control board in stock. Very poor customer service, I had to email them inquiring about the return, they probably would have never sent a refund if I did not inquire. I would not reccommend this company.

As an appliance repairman in San Diego I have used their service to repair control boards that are out of production. Their failure rate has been 20%. Meaning that 20% of the boards I get from them need to be sent back to them to be repairs a second time.

I sent Part Simple my GE Double Oven control Board for repair of the board for the lower oven only. The board was returned and does not control the lower oven at all, so they did not repair the board. Part Simple want me to send it back again and I have to pay for shipping. Do not do any business with this company! They didn't repair or replace any components on the oven control board. They are FRAUDULENT and are a SCAM. Gary Flohr Electrical Engineer

I am having a difficult time with Part Simple.com. I ordered a GE control panel assembly for my microwave oven. My technician came to install it and determined that I did not need it and was able to fix my microwave without the part. I immediately contacted Part Simple to schedule a return and I received one response wanting to know if I had installed the part. I responded no and that I never took it out of the box. Their website states hassle free returns unless the item is special order. No where on the item I ordered said it was special order! I have sent Part Simple emails, left several phone messages, and completed the online request for return on their website. They have ignored all of these attempts. Their website boasts of their team helping people find appliance parts that are hard to find and I have one that I do not need so it would seem they would welcome this return as I am sure there is someone out there that could use it! Prior to this issue their order confirmation and tracking notifications were very prompt which I really appreciate. I just wish they would send me the Return Authorization so I could return this item. Thank you!

I ordered a replacement icemaker for a refrigerator, When it arrived, it had a note in box that the bar to shut off ice maker when full was SOLD SEPERATELY. Website doesn't tell you this. Guess what, the bar costs nearly as much as the icemaker. I'd avoid these clowns.

Paid for 2 day shipping to get a refrigerator back up and going. It took 2 days for them to ship the part and 5 days for it to arrive. NEVER AGAIN!!

Ordered a refurbished main board for my range. The part shipped out that day even though I ordered it after 3:00PM. Received it the day after with standard, free ground shipping, UPS. This was two days before Christmas Eve! I installed the board, and it fixed the problem. Great experience!

Order wrong part. 5 minutes later (literally) informed PS. They said "already shipped." Really, in 5 minutes? Ask for return number and ignored. NEVER AGAIN! !
