Partition King provide our project with bathroom partitions. They not only had our partitions out of production within a week. My partitions were pack to prevent damaged. Well for starters it was the first time I buy something commercial online, so the experience from the start was great. I gave my dimensions and Leslie took care of the rest , She asked all the necessary questions and I got my quote within minutes. And we he had a slight mishap with a shipping error in which it was addressed as soon as I emailed . I got a response within minutes and the issue was rectified within an hours time frame. From when they got my email till the issue was resolved. Leslie and Michelle took great care of the issue and I ended up with a happy customer . Delivery came weekend of the corona shut down, the shipment sat for 4 months until allowed into the lodge. There was a door missing, no help getting it replaced. Made the lodge pay for it before shipped. This is what wrong with our country, pure greed. Don't expect this company to warranty anything. They suck.

Mike, as a repeat customer with Partition King and having previously left us a 5 star review (which others can read by clicking "Read 1 more review about Partition King" below....) this new review and the fact that you're claiming you were unable to receive the order due to the virus shutdown, is very disappointing. All other customers during the COVID-19 shutdown, were able to receive and review their orders, even if their businesses were closed to the public. We were very helpful in assisting you with the door, we emailed you the link to pay for the door several times, it is your responsibility to make the payment. The last we heard from you about the door, you blamed the lodge that hired you for not paying and then again, after that, we sent the link again, and again we never heard back from you until this review. We 100% stand by our warranty, but your door was not a warranty issue, your order was made 3 months ago from the date of this review. You waited 2 months before opening the order and then said you were missing a door, however when all of our paperwork and weight of shipment concluded that we had indeed sent you the door, you did not object and asked for a link to purchase the door and after numerous emails, we've not heard from you in an additional 15 days other than to have received this undeserving review for a situation you've mismanaged. We cannot force our customers to pay, or to stay on top of their responsibilities, we can only provide them with the means to complete the order, which we did via several unanswered but read emails. Partition King is the largest online vendor of toilet partitions, we have thousands of happy customers and we are usually very understanding and try our best to make all of our customers happy and will bend as much as we can bend however in this situation Mike, attempting to blame us and then your client and then to use the virus as a scapegoat for your lack of due diligence, is not something we're sympathetic to.
