They did a great job getting our order to us in a timely manner. The problem we had was they don’t send anyone to measure what you need to order. Because of this, we had to do two extra orders which cost our business a bigger expense than expected.

Pricing and order placement are fairly good. Actual payment process introduces confusion regarding fulfillment. Past couple of orders have utilized R&L Carriers, who are horrible about logistics communications.

The Customer Service was way above the norm. It took us forever to decide where we were going and the service team pursevered. After delivery we had one small issue the rectified immediately.
