The partition was sent quickly exactly as ordered. Customer service was very helpful in answering any questions. We only had one issue, and that was the bottom of the partitions are built to be drilled into a cement base and we needed it to be flat mounted to a floor, we made it work... We didn't ask that question, and I'm not sure it explains that online. So ask that when ordering. Highly recommend.
