We previously ordered our bathroom partitions from a national vendor we have locally two months prior to our project, we paid for the order and did not receive the complete order and waited two weeks and they still didn’t provide us the products needed to complete our project. Ordering was laborsome. From start to finish it took very long to get the estimate, drawings and then final order placement took even longer after drawings were approved and payment. I'll use you again but just being honest. We started this 4/3/23 and was shipped 5/20/23.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and provided me with everything I needed to install the partitions. Very simple ordering experience and the price was very fair.

The quality of the product was great. Initially we were given a delivery date but the product didn't arrive until a few days later. When we received the product the instructions didn't match the hardware we received. We called customer service and we obtained better directions. The directions should match the hardware and an instructional video should be sent automatically.
