Recently I bought toilet partitions set and single door for school restroom improvements project. I did this first time in my construction, so was not sure how to choose right products. Designers from Partition King made easy understandable draws , asked few important questions and everything went smooth and quick. They kept me inform during delivery process where and when the product is, so it was easy to coordinate receiving procedure. Very good experience to work with Partition King Bogdan, Chicago

Didn't call before delivery
Response from Partition KingJun 28, 2023
Max, Thank you for your feedback. Freight carriers do not always call customers before delivery - this varies from carrier to carrier. We provide all of our customers with an expected order ship date. Once the order ships, we then provide customers with a tracking link so that they can track the shipment all the way to delivery. This tracking will show when the shipment is estimated to arrive and when it's our for delivery - which allow the customer to prepare for delivery. We are glad that everything else went smoothly and look forward to serving you in the future. Mallory Project Manager 800-685-7541
