Parley LabsReviews of parleylabs.com

Order a Nebra miner back in April 2021, Parley Labs was very informative on the status of the delay. Also provided options to swap miner or refund. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and helpful when I request for miner swap and provided great support on what I may need in my location/situation.

I had ordered multiple Nebra miners in 2021 and due to fulfilment issues, I was unable to receive them. I set up an appointment to help resolve this matter and Hung T. was extremely helpful. He managed to explain everything and offer a solution in a very timely manner. Great service, thanks, Hung! Looking forward to my order!

Gabriel was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I had a 5 digit order number so it took a little while for my turn to swap out my previously ordered Nebra miner. Gabriel helped me get the right bundle for my needs and he was able to quickly process my new order.

I had ordered two Nebra miners in April of 2021... and they were obviously not delivered. But that was not by any means the fault of Parley Labs. Thankfully I worked with an awesome Rep. Hung T. And he solved all my issues and made me even more confident in their business. He stepped up and thanks to him I'm back to building out the Helium Network. I look foreword to working with them on future opportunities!

I had to schedule an appoimtment with alex to swap my preorder nebra miner for a newer one. It was quick and painless. I thank Alex for making this possible.

Ordered my miners in April of 2021. I made s mistake and ordered Nebra. They never delivered the miners and I never received a nebra. I set up an appointment to swap my miners and was assisted by Alex. Very grateful for the call. I was scheduled for 15 minutes and Alex found a way to give me more than double that time. Alex was patient, kind, and willing to work for the answers he was not immediately able to provide. I had a very positive experience due to his demeanor and professionalism. Hopefully mining soon, as we were able to agree on a temporary order, until I could get more information on the new miners, and feel more confident having them ship more to me. Looking forward to my shipment. Thanks Alex.

Alex was the name of the rep that helped me out with my miner swap. Gave me his phone number and has been very professional, has responded within minutes the couple times I’ve texted him about my order. I had noticed it hadn’t shipped yet, reached out to Alex and within one hour a label was made and I had gotten an email saying it would be shipped soon. Great employee, should give him a raise, he gets stuff done.

Good company that was put in a bad spot by circumstances out of their control. When they could, they had Alex reach out to me to get my order shipped. Alex was great! Professional and courteous service for sure!
