Good experience with Parley Labs. After waiting a while for my order I was given a refund and quickly (within a day) shipped a miner from a different company. I asked for a discount due to my trouble waiting on Nebra and they happily obliged. Thanks for the fast shipping, and please avoid Nebra.

Had a great conversation with Gabriel Taba from parley labs. I settled on swapping my original order for a rockpi miner that they had in stock at their warehouse. Everything is starting to look way better for production and customer service. After having the conversation I feel way better about the whole situation. Everything was settled very quickly and professionally. Patience is definitely key in this type of market and the state the world is in right now. I ordered a miner a few months ago and had also been frustrated with the backorders and delays. Thankfully the Parley Labs team have been communicative and helpful in getting my refunds proccessed and replacements. I talked to Hung Tran, specifically, who has been awesome in handling this case. Company has had lots of ups and downs but they always seem to make things straight with me so I have no complaints about them and recommend them to all family and friends looking to get into helium.

While I had to wait a lot longer than I thought I should for a a refund for a couple Nebra outdoor miners which were cancelled and part of blanket refund, once I found the employees on discord everything was cleared in a matter of hours. Parley Labs is not the problem - Nebra and the CC processors are the problem!
