ParkingMD will take your money and run
I applied for the necessary documents, and they were sent to me via a patient portal. The documents did not have an acceptable signature from the physician, just a swiggle. I notified ParkingMD and was told the documents would be mailed. That was on 3/21. Today is 4/9, and I still have no documents. I just finished a chat with ParkingMD through their website. The person/bot told me that Missouri does not require a wet signature and that the documents should be acceptable. Making more excuses. When I told the agent/bot that the documents in the patient portal were unsigned, the agent/bot disconnected me. This is unacceptable. The customer service is nonexistent. If your documents are not correct, do not expect them to be corrected. They will take your money and move on to the next unfortunate person who uses their service.

Hi Jeffrey, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and experience you’ve had — this is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we completely understand your concerns. To address this directly, your documents have been re-mailed as of yesterday, and this time they include the physician’s hand signature to ensure they meet all requirements. We understand how important it is that your paperwork is fully compliant and acceptable, and we’ve taken this extra step to correct the issue. We’re also very sorry for the confusion regarding signatures and for the breakdown in communication, including your recent chat experience. That should not have happened, and we’re actively reviewing this internally to prevent it going forward. At this point, your updated documents are in transit, and we kindly ask for a bit more time for delivery. If you do not receive them within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us directly and we will make this a top priority. Again, we truly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.
