I want to like this company
UPDATE: I did finally get my paperwork and was given my placard at the dmv. I will change rating to a 4 star. I want to like this company , the Intake was easy and the Dr saw all of my medical files for my MS, but they said they mailed my paperwork because it has to be that way in California and I never received them. I reached out again and they said they mailed them again but still don’t have them . It’s Ben almost a month and I still don’t have my signed paperwork

In California, the signed paperwork must be mailed with the required physical signature, and we understand how concerning it is to still be waiting after multiple mailings. Legitimate but less convenient than advertised
This is a legitimate outfit and I did get my placard (Note to everyone saying this is unscrupulous: you still have to show medical documentation, it's just faster than waiting for appointments). However, they don't meet their own SLA timelines and you have to stay on top of support *daily* to get anything done. Don't bother with email support, it's all AI. Call them instead, and be aware that the first "person" you speak to will also be AI before you get transferred. My advice to parkingMD - lay off the AI usage, and don't advertise a turn around time if you can't meet it consistently.
