Hi Christopher, we’re sorry for the frustration, and we understand how it feels to be asked for more documentation after already uploading records. Our review looks at whether the documentation supports eligibility under the requirements, and in some cases we need additional records to complete the evaluation. We’ve sent you a message with details on what we need and why. If it’s easier, we can also request the records directly from your provider with your consent, so you don’t have to track them down yourself. Just reply to our message or contact us at [email protected] and we’ll get that started. We appreciate your feedback, and we’re sorry this has been a hassle.

Hi, we’re sorry for this experience, and we understand your frustration after a month of back-and-forth with no result, especially when you’re trying to help your mother. The lack of replies to your messages about her medical records and your payment question should not have happened. We also want to acknowledge the confusion around the pricing. Seeing a discounted rate offered right after you paid understandably felt unfair, and we’d like to review that with you directly. Since California requires an in-person DMV appearance, we should have made that clear before you paid. Please send your name and order details to [email protected] so we can review your refund request right away and get you a clear answer. We’re sorry we let you down, and we appreciate your feedback.

Hi Shane, we’re sorry for this experience. We understand why it’s frustrating to wait for paperwork that hasn’t arrived, especially after being given a 7 to 10 day timeframe, and we recognize that California requires the original signature, so there’s no workaround in the meantime. We want to get this into your hands as soon as possible. Please send us your name and order number at [email protected], and we’ll confirm the mailing status and get a replacement sent out right away. We’re sorry for the delay and the worry it has caused, and we appreciate the chance to make this right.

Hi Daisy, we’re sorry for this experience. Waiting over a month for your paperwork, and being told it would be resent without it arriving, is not acceptable. We understand your frustration, especially since the delay comes from a wet signature requirement that should have been explained to you clearly from the start. We want to get your paperwork to you now. Please send your name and order number to registered email/pone number to [email protected], and we’ll confirm the status of the mailings and get a replacement sent out right away. We’re sorry for the wait and the repeated follow-ups, and we appreciate the chance to make this right.
