ParkingMD is great!
The convenience of ParkingMD was great. The process was easy and fast. I simply filled the application, provided my medical information and payment and received my prescription from a board certified physician along with the prepared form for my state in order to obtain my placard. I highly recommend their services.

Highly Recommend!
Very easy to get my permanent disability parking placard! Just paid, filled out the form, provided my medical documents, and received the signed DMV form in the mail! No hassle whatsoever! The DMV accepts a photo of the signed form online through their website portal, and I received my placard from the DMV about 1 week afterwords.

ParkingMD answered my needs
My application to ParkingMD was approved very quickly by Dr Miller. My HMO is very reluctant to approve placards because of their enormous size. ParkingMD knew my situation and my pains and aches and my need for their help and responded right away. I highly recommend ParkingMD.

Easiest task ever!
Honestly, ParkingMD came through clutch. I needed to switch my handicap placard from Florida to Ohio and was expecting it to be a whole headache… but nope. They made it super easy, got my paperwork to me fast, and I didn’t have to chase anything down. If you’ve ever dealt with this kind of stuff, you already know how annoying it can be—so the fact that they handled it this smoothly says a lot. Definitely recommend if you want it done without the stress.

ParkingMD - Amazing Service
I recently moved to Florida and needed to update my handicap parking placard but I do not have health insurance yet to see a doctor and get the forms completed. I was very concerned and was not sure what to do. I found ParkingMD online and what a blessing that turned out to be. ParkingMD took care of everything. They provided step by step instructions on how to help them contact my former doctors to get my medical records for a new doctor to review. The process was simple and quick. Once I received the completed forms I went to the Department of Motor Vehicles and had my new placard immediately. Amazing service!
