Hi Ruthee, We take allegations like this very seriously. ParkingMD is not a “black market operation” and we do not issue parking placards ourselves. Our role is to connect patients with licensed medical providers who evaluate eligibility based on state guidelines and documented medical necessity. All certifications are completed by licensed healthcare professionals, and patients must still submit their documentation directly to the DMV for final approval. We do not guarantee approval, bypass state laws, or issue fraudulent permits. If you have a specific concern regarding your experience, we would be happy to review it directly and address it appropriately. Please reach out to us at [email protected]. – ParkingMD Support Team

Hi John, We sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration this has caused. We have confirmed that the fax was sent to your provider from our fax number: (458) 206-7401. We understand the confusion, especially after being told they had not received anything. Our team can re-verify the fax transmission status and can also resend the request directly if needed to help move things forward as quickly as possible. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can get this expedited. We truly appreciate your patience throughout this process and understand your concerns. Best regards, ParkingMD Support Team

Hi Michael, We’re really sorry for the frustration this caused — that’s absolutely not the experience we want you to have. After reviewing your case, we can confirm that your process has already been completed and your documentation is on file. It looks like there may have been a miscommunication on our end with the repeated requests, and we sincerely apologize for that confusion. A member of our team will reach out to you directly to ensure you have everything you need and to clarify next steps. If you’re still considering a refund, we’re happy to review that with you as well. We appreciate your patience and the time you took to flag this — we’ll make sure this is addressed properly.

Hi there, We’re really sorry for the frustration and the delay you’ve experienced — especially given your situation. We understand how important this is, and we take that seriously. Our standard turnaround is 24–48 hours once all required medical documentation is received and verified. In your case, our providers requested additional information to ensure everything meets New York requirements before issuing any certification. This is why your case has taken longer than expected. We’ve sent a follow-up outlining exactly what’s needed, and as soon as that information is submitted, your case will be prioritized for review right away. We truly appreciate your patience, and we’re here to help you through this. If you need assistance with the requested documents or have any questions, please reach out — we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Hi Randal, We’re sorry for the confusion and appreciate you bringing this up — we understand how this could feel misleading. To clarify, the $32 referenced is part of a payment plan option through Klarna, which allows the total cost of $129 to be split into 4 payments of approximately $32. The full service price is displayed at checkout, but we recognize that the way it was presented may not have been as clear as it should be. We’re actively working on improving how this is communicated to avoid any misunderstanding moving forward. If you have any questions or would like assistance, please feel free to reach out to us directly — we’re here to help and make this right. Thank you for your feedback.
