"Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with your property tax exemption application and for the delays in reaching a resolution. Our team investigated the issue and, while we were unable to resolve the application processing problem to your satisfaction, we wanted to make things right. As a result, a full refund has been issued. We understand how disappointing it is to spend time following up without seeing progress, and we appreciate the opportunities you gave our team to assist. Your feedback has been shared internally as we continue working to improve our processes and communication. We wish you the very best moving forward and appreciate your consideration of our service. -ParkingMD Team"

Hi Danielle, We sincerely apologize for the experience you described and understand why you were frustrated. Missing scheduled appointments, repeated requests for records, and difficulty getting clear updates is not the level of service we aim to provide. After reviewing your case, we can confirm that your process has since been completed. However, we recognize that this does not undo the inconvenience, confusion, and time you experienced throughout the process. We also apologize for any communication gaps regarding your appointments and submitted records. Your feedback is being taken seriously and will be reviewed internally to help improve our scheduling, provider coordination, and support processes moving forward. If you would still like to discuss your concerns further, including your refund request, please reach out to our support team directly and we’ll be happy to review everything with you. – ParkingMD Support Team

Hi Todd, We’re truly sorry for the delay and understand your frustration, especially given the turnaround expectations we aim for. While many cases are completed within 24–48 hours, some applications can take longer when additional documentation or provider review is required. We also apologize if you did not receive timely updates after contacting support — that’s not the experience we want for our patients. Our team would be happy to review your case status directly and help move things forward as quickly as possible. Please get in touch with our team by emailing us at [email protected]. Thank you for your feedback, and again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. – ParkingMD Support Team

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating DMV requirements can be. ParkingMD would absolutely want to help resolve any issues with submitted paperwork. DMV acceptance requirements can vary significantly by state and even by individual DMV offices. While many states accept electronically signed forms, some locations may require wet signatures or additional documentation. When we’re notified of a rejection, our team works to review and correct the paperwork as needed. We apologize if there was a delay in follow-up communication in your case. Please reach back out to our support team at [email protected] with the rejection details, and we’ll ensure your case is reviewed promptly so we can assist with the appropriate next steps. – ParkingMD Support Team
