Terrible communication. Their customer service triggers a bot that serves no help. Only way to get a hold of someone is by messaging them via IG. Shirts that aren’t labeled as presales take 3+ months to ship/arrive. So many friends with the same experience. I’ve got one shirt left to ship and then I’m done with them.

Preordered a bag in November which was said to ship in January, but it never did. I reached out multiple times to check on the status as there was an update on the website for other products except for my bag. When I reached out again it was an AI bot who said they would be shilling mg my bag within the next month. It never shipped. Following that I asked for a refund and never got one. Now I have $90 down the drain. Really love supporting small businesses, but please be uninfluenced from this one and save yourself the hassle

We've purchased shirts, skirts, and dresses from Park Candy multiple times, and continue to do so for some of their newer products. Last fall they had some shipping issues which resulted in receiving the items very late, but we understand that there were unique circumstances at that time. Our other purchases have shipped promptly and the apparel is great!

ordered 1 item, 5 months later they still haven’t shipped nor refunded the amount despite 10+ emails. terrible!
