Our first time using this service. The drop off was on time. The pickup was reasonable. Driver friendly and showed complete interest in helping customers. Will call on this company again for airport parking. Nothing bad to report.

It was a good experience, unfortunately they did not allow me to see where my car would be parked during my trip... I always have an uneasy feeling when a company keeps you from having all the information needed to leave in peace. The place is not a parking lot, is a car shop's lot that they use to provide the service; the area is not that friendly, is not paved and is full of pot holes. Other than that the driver was friendly and punctual.

Hi Daniel, I apologize for not making you feel 100% at ease and comfortable. Just so you know all the cars are parked in the back of the lot (never moved off the lot). Clients are not allowed in the back for insurance reasons, but I can assure you it is safe and secure. Hopefully this can put you a little more at ease. Until next time Daniel. -Kevin

The van responded quickly in the midafternoon to pick us up at the airport, about 15 minutes away. I left my car for 18 days. Two days before our return trip, I called to remind them of our return. I fully expected the car to be waiting and ready to go upon our return to their facility. Instead, we had to wait 15-20 minutes in the hot sun for Kevin to LOCATE the car. There was not even the slightest apology given for this delay. We do NOT plan to use Park by the Ports again.

Hey Stanley, I do not recall the situation as it was a few weeks ago, but I sincerely apologize for not having the car ready & waiting for your arrival. Let me redeem myself by giving us another chance on the house; one week of free parking. I know I can provide you with the quality service you deserve. -Kevin Arregoces
John
Got there late and they still shuttled us to the ship. After the cruise, easy pick up at port

Was accommodated at the last minute and excellent, fast transportation to the cruise terminal. Pickup three weeks later at Fort Lauderdale Airport was about a 20 minute wait for their van. My only complaint was that when I asked the driver to wipe off the numbers they "painted" on the front and rear windows of my car, he was annoyed and told me I should do it myself at a gas station. I had actually fallen on my trip and had unbandaged open scrapes on my hands, so to expose my hands to 'gas station water' to have to clean off something they had put on my car was unacceptable -- and I had already tipped him. I insisted he do it (he was the only person there at 8 PM (office was locked up) and he was not making another run to the airport at the time, so no real excuse for his attitude. I would use them again, though, although my personal preference is self-park rather than valet. Also, they are not open 24/7 (this may have changed since I was there), so if your plane arrives late, you will have to stay at a hotel overnight before you can retrieve your car. The facility appears to be used for many things, with lots of buses and vans all over the place. The appearance is a concern, because you can't help but wonder if your car will be jockeyed around and dented, but mine was OK.

Hi Stephanie, Would you be able to identify the driver by name or what he looked like? I would definitely like to speak with him. He should have wiped off the numbers with no problem or attitude. I apologize on his behalf. Also, if someone arrives late they will be able to retrieve their car at any time. They will NOT have to stay at a hotel nor make any other arrangements because they will be able to retrieve the car. We take pride on how we handle our client's vehicles. No car will ever be "jockeyed around." We are professionals here at Park By The Ports. Thank you not only for taking the time out to write a thorough review, but also your honesty and constructive criticism. We take all of our client's feedback seriously. -Kevin

Have parked in many areas in the FLL area for cruising over the past 10 years. Park by the Ports is now our pick going forward. It was recommended by friends and we have used them twice now with satisfaction. They are not always the quickest at getting you to the port because they make additional stops along the way, but other than that, they are as professional as any of the major parking facilities and better than most of the second tier at making the experience a good one. Email confirmations could get a little quicker - we have had to call and ask for them.

Mark, I am delighted with your satisfaction. Thank you for the kind words.. We are setting up a new reservation system, so you will get online reservations right away and we will be adding more vehicles for the upcoming cruise season for direct transfers to/from the port. Once again, thank you! -Kevin
