I returned my purchase and have not been refunded. I love all the other bags I have purchased. Since writing this I have received my original payment and they were very accommodating and expressed their concern of the delay. Love all my bags.

We'd like to clarify that returned items typically undergo inspection within 5–7 business days after delivery, although this may take longer depending on the volume of returns awaiting inspection. Once the inspection is completed and the return is approved, the refund is processed according to the applicable return policy and original payment method. Refunds to the original payment method may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider. If the original purchase was made using store credit or a gift card, the refund will be issued through the corresponding method instead. After reviewing your return details, we can confirm that your returned item was received on October 12 and successfully passed inspection on October 19. Your refund was subsequently processed on our end. We kindly ask that you allow a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
