Not the best
Initial service seemed great. However, charted plane was dirty and unfriendly pilots. In addition, car service offered was never made clear and felt over priced.

Hello Mr. Hakimi, Thank you for the feedback. We are so sorry to hear about this, and will take the corrective measures immediately to ensure the same experience is not repeated. We apologize for any dirtiness of the plane, this is never what we want to hear. The aircraft was refurbished in 2019, so it would have had a new interior. To our understanding, you were not on the flight itself. Are we able to get in contact with the passengers who were on the flight to receive more details? Any specifics we can address with the operator would be of great help. Professional courtesy is a cornerstone of private aviation, we sincerely apologize for any unfriendliness of the crew. We will get in contact with the operator and address this immediately. Again, if there is any additional information from the passengers on the flight that you can provide would be much appreciated. Regarding the car service, we are so sorry for any misleading price quoting. That is never our intention. Typical private ground transportation services start at $200 depending on the route and include a 15%-25% service fee. The direct charge from the vendor was $280.00 for the scheduled route which we passed through, we did not include a service fee. We are happy to accommodate your expectations more closely if you would like to discuss offline. Your additional feedback will help us in addressing each issue and will be greatly appreciated.
