I needed a jet from Dallas to Reno for an important occasion. After speaking to several brokers, I settled on Paramount. In discussion with Andrew, he recommended against the lowest price bid, because he said they had a reputation for booking 3 trips a day. If the first trip ran late, the whole schedule would be pushed back. The jet I scheduled was said to be first class and reliable. However, shortly before the scheduled trip, I was informed that the jet's owner needed to go to Telluride and his regular personal jet was in the shop. Andrew from Paramount told me I could still have the jet at the same price, but it would leave Dallas late in the afternoon/early evening. This wouldn't work for me. Andrew was able to find a last minute jet, but the price was about 10% higher. Probably since this was a last minute arrangement. The jet arrived at Dallas Love Field an hour before my scheduled departure. The quality of the plane, it's cabin feel and comfort was very good. The quality of the pilots was excellent. Very professional. A very good flight. We got there a few minutes earlier than planned. The operator was Diamond Aviation. I'd use them again. The original charter was for a single pilot jet. I'm not aware of a safety difference between single and two pilot arrangements, when the aircraft is certified for single pilot operation. There were two pilots on my flight. We left from Signature Terminal 1 at Love Field. This is undergoing renovation. It was OK. But I wouldn't want to wait for any long period of time. We arrived at Stellar Aviation in Reno. Basic but good. One factor I've learned is that the broker ultimately doesn't control the operator. Having said that, I'm hoping that Paramount Business Jets would be cautious at using the original operator in future cases. Andrew at Paramount Business Jets was professional and seemed to know his business. The office staff seems to be available 24/7. I always like to be informed that my wire transfer was received. I got notified as soon as they got it. Andrew kept me apprised of the location of my jet throughout the morning leading up to the trip. He confirmed that I arrived at the FBO and had met the pilots. Overall, Andrew kept me informed every step of the way. He also stayed in my budget, at least with the first operator. I'm thinking the last minute change in charter operator was out of Paramount's hands. This may be a downside of aircraft charter generally. I will say that Andrew of Paramount was right on the job to find a suitable replacement. I would use Paramount Business Jets again.

Recent flight with Paramont was a bit below my expectations, but the staff and crew were top notch and the follow up after my experience was immediately addressed by leadership. This is what good companies do in customer service.

Every thing was on time. Great crew, who helped us dial into "Arrive Canada." which we hadn't done. Both crew were nice folks. The flight went well and the landing in Toronto was very smooth. That tells me that the flight crew knew what they were doing.

Elise, our travel concierge, was our first impression of Paramount and she made a good one. Prompt responses, pleasant demeanor and being knowledgeable, really helped us in choosing Paramount for our traveling needs. The only complaint was a none functioning microwave on one leg of our flights, so had to endure cold French toast, but that's the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Amanda was great at customer service. Plane was in good shape and pilot excellent.

My major complaint about the trip involved the failure of the pilots to wear masks before, during, and after the flight. I understand while flying the plane the pilot might have been handicapped visually bit there was no mask wearing except by me during the flight. I traveled because I wanted to be safely out of Florida but this omission made me uncomfortable and insecure about my health and their exposure to the people they had flown and been exposed to. The trip was smooth for the most part and the plane was adequate and we arrived safely and on schedule. Amanda did an excellent job of answering my millions of questions.

My only star-reduction is for the pilot who came back to the loo without his mask & stopped to chat with a nude nose and mouth. All else, excellently.
