Without hurting the pilots the plane…
Without hurting the pilots the plane was tired, the food was expired, the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and the promise of testing pilots 3 days prior to flight for COVID was missing.
Response from Paramount Business JetsDec 26, 2020
[DEC 26] Thank you for your feedback. I am personally looking into this and will post an update early next week. Richard Zaher CEO – Paramount Business Jets ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Dear Mr. Toles, Thank you so much for your feedback again and being a repeat client of ours. We really appreciate it. I have been in contact with the operator and they have some follow up questions, which I have emailed to you directly as well and we are waiting to hear back. The operator of the 2007 Learjet 45XR has the following questions: 1) Could we get some additional information about what was expired aboard the plane? 2) Could we get some additional information about what was tired about the aircraft? 3) I looked through the email chains associated with this trip and I could not find anything referencing the crew getting tested 72 hours prior. Do you have that communication? 4) I will have the lav seat checked out to ascertain if it was actually broken. I have also included my direct line, should you wish to speak with me by phone at any point. Looking forward to hearing from you when convenient. Thanks so much. Kindest regards, Richard Zaher CEO - Paramount Business Jets
