This was the second time we flew privately with Paramount Business Jets. We flew across country from DC to Northern California. Once again Stephan Nelson our Paramount contact person worked diligently with us to get us a series of flights to choose from. We were scheduled to depart from DC at 10 am. The forecast called for a serious storm that morning. We called Stephan the evening before to see if it was possible to leave earlier in the morning and thereby hopefully avoid the storm. He said he would see what he could do, and he did it. We left an hour earlier than scheduled. Four and a half hours later, As we were exiting the plane the pilot smiled and told us “good call “. The storm closed down the airport 50 minutes after we went wheels up. Had we delayed the departure to the scheduled time we would most likely still be in DC. We have come to appreciate the custom and caring service from the Paramount Business Jets team. They have been there for us.
