Paradise Grills apparently makes flying cars now 🚗💨 — because that’s the only excuse for needing five delivery attempts to install one 10-foot grill. Ordered July 2. $12,000 grill, $30,000+ in total damage once you count the renovation delays, rescheduled contractors, and extended rental costs. It took longer to arrive than my entire kitchen and four bathroom renovations combined. I specifically asked them to send the correctly-fitting top sitting in their own warehouse. Customer service said no, promised the replacement would fit. It didn’t — gaps over 1/2” around every appliance. I visited their showroom to compare: their display model has gaps under 1/4”. Not close. Customer service told me the countertop “fits superbly” (it doesn’t), sent me to their showroom to “prove” it (it didn’t), then stopped responding — and blocked my number when I kept pushing for a real fix. Emailed CEO Ray Baskett directly, multiple times. Silence. Skip the fake-looking reviews elsewhere (employees need 2 positive reviews a week for a bonus — check Reddit). Real story’s on Trustpilot: 1.8/5. Save your money, your renovation timeline, and your sanity. Even Costco would’ve been the smarter call.

This company is a complete scam. I can't believe this company is still in business. I had my contractor visit store to choose some potential items for my outdoor kitchen. Gave cc to hold items until I can visit store and confirm the items. After visiting store a week later, found out that they had charged my card. Items were not as described! Warranty was not as described! Products were not marine grade stainless as described! We decided we were not going to purchase anything. They claim all sales are final!! I have not purchased anything. I have not signed anything, no credit card authorization. Called their headquarters, and they refuse to acknowledge that i have never signed any contract, or credit card authorization. They refuse to issue a refund.. STAY AWAY!! COMPLETE SCAM

About 6 months after the unit was delivered in April of 2023, the entire top blew off (not a hurricane) and the TV was destroyed by rain. Paradise sent out a team to reinstall the roof for $250. It was discovered that the top was attached by very small zip ties like you would use on computer cables and the center top piece was completely missing. I went to Lowe's and bought 75lb test outdoor cables for the team to use this time around. Paradise would not pay for a new TV even though their assembly team was at fault. About a month ago, the ice maker started to have problems, mainly the water reservoir wouldn't fill. Called the customer support number listed in the owners manual; I was told that if the unit is older than the one year warranty, they recommend purchasing a new one for about $4,500. We called a local showroom asking who they would recommend to service the unit, and they only said to buy a new one. After doing some online research and $40 worth of parts on Amazon, I very easily replaced the water valve and the float in the reservoir and now the unit works perfectly. Bottom line, Paradise Grills customer support is the worst, so go in knowing this.

I would never recommend this company. The sales people in the showroom are fine, but they have nothing to do with anything after that. Then you start dealing with Kelsey the manager at Paradise Grills when you get no communication get put on hold forever. Service is atrocious. On delivery there were dents in several areas. I had to wait another couple weeks to get those replaced. five months after installationI found the countertop cracked all the way through and all they’ll do for me and send me a repair kit.

Paradise Grills is the biggest scam ever. After months of trying to get my grill fixed by them I ended up hiring an outside contractor that actually knows about gas grills to get it to work properly. Do not buy anything from this company. I was considering legal action but after looking into it and talking to an employee it looks like they will be going out of business after they unload all of their inferior products.

If I could give Paradise Grills less than one star, I absolutely would. What I received is nothing short of low-quality, defective equipment that never should have passed inspection. This is not a “premium outdoor kitchen” — it’s poorly manufactured product with obvious quality control failures. From day one, the issues were immediate and unacceptable: The refrigerator arrived with a defective latch. The grill’s interior lights do not function, indicating a wiring defect. The stainless-steel drawer was delivered without ball bearings, making it completely unusable. These are not minor inconveniences — these are basic features that simply do not work. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. I have been calling and emailing for over two months, and instead of resolving the issue properly, Paradise Grills has chosen to send random replacement parts and expect me to repair their defective equipment myself. Let me be clear: I did not spend this kind of money to become their technician. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to send a qualified representative to inspect the equipment or stand behind their product. That level of service — or lack thereof — speaks volumes. At this price point, the quality and customer support are completely unacceptable. Paradise Grills collected all the money including the final payment and never delivered the Kitchen Island. They have scammed me out of $10k and have chosen to fully ignore any contact. No help from management just a cover-up. Stay Away..

Horrible experience! Ordered and paid for grill island at Phx home show, told delivery in 4-6 weeks. Immediately told delivery would slip to 8 weeks. At 9 weeks called Paradise, they were rude and told me that they were back ordered. Kept calling for next 2 weeks until I got delivery date. On day of delivery, at 8pm get call saying delivery drivers got heat stroke and couldn’t deliver. No alternatives given. Went to home show and complained to Ryan who said he would fix for me. Nothing happened. Called credit card and disputed charges.
