Great experience buying our newest Aruba 8 from the Winter Garden location of Paradise Grills. Delivered with ease and in a timely manner! Even had a few questions after the fact and the customer service was exceptional and informative!

I bought from the King of Prussia location and actually had a terrific experience from start to finish. We bought the GX-10 and the customer service we received was delightful — made the whole process fast and seamless we were able to host family functions outside in a matter of just a few weeks.

We got the tiki and absolutely love it, the delivery team was a little late but gave us a courtesy call to inform us of the delay. We didn’t receive the grill cover at time of delivery, but we called customer service and they were quick to get that shipped out.

My Husband and I were having dinner and ran into the Paradise Grills in Boca Raton. We are not in the market for a outdoor kitchen but there was a six foot kitchen that had a great deal. We decided to do it and we just got our kitchen a few days ago. The delivery team was super nice and left my backyard cleaned after the install. We have used the grill twice so far and we are really happy with it.

Really happy with my experience with Paradise Grills. The quality of the outdoor kitchen is excellent, especially the 304 stainless steel. Everything feels well built and you can tell they put a lot of attention into the details. Delivery was seamless and everything arrived exactly as expected. I also want to give a shoutout to Kristo, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, kept me informed, and made the whole experience easy. Great product and great customer service. Definitely recommend Paradise Grills!

What a beautiful showroom! My daughter and I stopped by to take a look at what they had to offer and I was surprised at how many beautiful options that they had available. Everything is definitely high-end and quality made products. Our salesperson, Tom McDaniel was very friendly and knowledgeable about the grills and was nice enough to take the time to explain all my stupid questions. I will be bringing my husband back in to pick out a grill.

Paradise Grills apparently makes flying cars now 🚗💨 — because that’s the only excuse for needing five delivery attempts to install one 10-foot grill. Ordered July 2. $12,000 grill, $30,000+ in total damage once you count the renovation delays, rescheduled contractors, and extended rental costs. It took longer to arrive than my entire kitchen and four bathroom renovations combined. I specifically asked them to send the correctly-fitting top sitting in their own warehouse. Customer service said no, promised the replacement would fit. It didn’t — gaps over 1/2” around every appliance. I visited their showroom to compare: their display model has gaps under 1/4”. Not close. Customer service told me the countertop “fits superbly” (it doesn’t), sent me to their showroom to “prove” it (it didn’t), then stopped responding — and blocked my number when I kept pushing for a real fix. Emailed CEO Ray Baskett directly, multiple times. Silence. Skip the fake-looking reviews elsewhere (employees need 2 positive reviews a week for a bonus — check Reddit). Real story’s on Trustpilot: 1.8/5. Save your money, your renovation timeline, and your sanity. Even Costco would’ve been the smarter call.

Not sure what these other people are talking about! It’s a great business and the appliances are completely 304 stainless steel and they offer to replace parts of the grill if it’s a manufactured defect! They have fulfilled everything on their end that they said they would with my delivery! Delivery took about 8 weeks but that was expected as the sales associate told us. Would have liked to receive it sooner but that’s ok. We’re happy!
