I ordered a grill in April and they told me I would receive it before July 4. They would tell me it was getting delivered on a date. And I took day out of work lost money and they never showed up. They cancel me 4 times. Be aware ! I would never by anything again nor I would not refer anyone to this company. Very bad customer service !!

I bought a modular unit, a great promotional price, but I saw on the pictures, the pieces weren't balanced, and I asked before to close the deal, to make sure the drawers would be centered, because the way my brain works. The sales man sent me by text and answer saying the picture was not right, and he had write an email to the company, to be SURE the drawers would be centered, and ended with: I GOT YOU, I PROMISSE. Well, of course the drawers aren't centered, and they can't be moved, I'm asking for 1 week since it arrived, and every day is another excuses: -Didn't the company changed the drawers? - right now the warehouse is closed(4PM), but I'll call you tomorrow 10:30 AM -Sorry, I'm off today for my kid's appointment with the doctor. -Right now, he said: it can't be changed because the frame. So, I asked: send me the email you sent to the company and the answer, please, to see the dates, because I would cancel the deal, knowing it wasn't what I need. And he finally declared: I didn't sent an email, I called and it can't be changed. I asked for a cancelation. And the policy NO RETURNS, made me an easy pray for them. Be aware: don't buy on Paradise

I can almost guarantee it this place will be out of business one year from July 1st 2026 they are scammers.. with their beautiful showroom King of Prussia PA. I ordered a $12,000 bar ,they always postpone it after telling me three times prior that they were going to deliver it then they postponed about 48 hours before they supposed to be delivered. They're excuse is they don't have drivers . All I wanted was a refund I can go to another reputable outdoor kitchen company I think there's one in Lancaster Pennsylvania it's made out of aluminum which would be a better product. I would suggest you to look at that company first. .

So far they are a disappointment, I am waiting for a final verdict. I am hoping they change my mind about them. Customer service is not responsible.

please look up this company on google. it said: numerous complaints highlight poor after-sale customer service, premature rusting on appliances, and strict no-refund policy. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PARADISE. THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY. My parents purchased a full outdoor grill setup from Paradise Grills in Frisco, TX for their new build in January 2026. They paid $17,000 and was told it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. It is almost May and still no kitchen. They scheduled delivery for this week and called and said the truck wasn't coming this way so cancelled again. This company is a joke!!!!!

We spent about $$8000 approximately two years ago in 2024 and bought an outdoor grill which included a small island unit with a sink, A, trash and recycle drawer, and a small refrigerator and an electric outdoor grill.. The delivery and the setup did not happen on a timely basis or during daylight hours, but rather in the middle of darkness. Certainly not ideal for the customer to review what they purchased. We knew that we would need to have a plumber or we would do it ourselves to hook up the sink but all of the components of the sink to hold it in place were not with the delivery. When I contacted PARADISE GRILL company. They said they had had a problem with the items needed to hold the sink in place and they would contact us when it was resolved. Needless to say, they never contacted us. The worst part was the electric grill kept tripping the GFI in the cord to the electric outlet. I even switched to a different electric outlet in our home but the GFI continued to trip. We probably only use the grill five or six times in the last two years because of this problem. I had an electrician look at it and he said definitely was the grill shorting out and not our house. I contacted PARADISE GRILL and they said “oh well you only had a two year warranty and it’s been two years in one month and you’re out of luck” Needless to say, it’s been a horrible experience and I would never recommend them to anyone and I would never purchase anything from this Shawty outfit again Joe Battista Nokomis Florida

I am new to Fl. I purchased a grill 2 days ago (not delivered yet with no date given) I didn't know know that my FL condo assoc. does not allow gas grills. I called the store to cancel the order and offered to pay a cancellation or restock fee. The store said to call corp. I called corp. today The person didn't understand that propane was a gas. She kept saying use propane vs natural gas (the grill is propane) but she didn't understand. Then she said to ask the store to switch it to an electric grill. Paradise doesn't not make electric grills. I asked to speak to a manager, and that request was not honored. I made a mistake as I didn't not know the Condo rules. The grill isn't shipped. It is the lowest cost model they make. I offered to take a financial hit via a restocking or cancellation charge. It's a heartless company. Maybe there is a reason you cannot cancel their product? I would expect they would understand my situation and help
