Wanted to start the "top down" sweater because it had so many good reviews. Found the pattern on the Paradise Fibers website and ordered it. I figured it would be a couple of weeks (at least) before I got the pattern and could start. To my wonderful surprise, it was here in what seemed like a few days!!! I love Addi turbo needles for my knitting projects. I ordered late Sunday night and received them on Wednesday. I can always count on Paradise Fibers to quickly get me what I want.

Although I do not buy fiber, their selection of weaving accessories and their quality are excellant.

The website was very user friendly, although I really appreciate when you can narrow your search within the search. In other words, if I'm looking for a DK yarn, but then would like it to be machine-washable, or self-patterning colors. Otherwise, it was very easy. I received my yarn in the mail super-fast, really amazing. Haven't had to deal with any returns or customer service issues yet, so don't know about that, that's the only reason I stopped at 4 stars. The free shipping, and frequent free shipping offers rock! The yarn I received was a new one for me, colors were exactly as expected and the yarn is yummy to work.

I am so pleased with my new Paradise Fibers wool combs! I took the advise of a reviewer who recommended purchasing the holder and clamps as well, and I'm glad I did. The video on the web site was extremely helpful. I had purchased carders from another seller and, yes, what I really needed were combs! As always, the shipping was exceptionally fast and I set to combing as soon as I unwrapped them from the very careful packaging. The combs are nicely balanced, not too heavy, and very comfortable to use; just the right size. Thank you, Paradise Fibers!

I live in a rural town where no yarn or fibers are available. When a friend recommended Paradise Fibers to I was skeptical, but being a new spinner I ordered some fiber. I am used to it taking 2 to 3 weeks or more to receive online orders, but I usually have to wait 2 days for an order from Paradise Fibers! The last order I placed came the very next day! I couldn't be happier and the yarn and fiber I order are always just as described. I hope to visit their store some day soon.
