I have purchased items from PF over the past few years and would recommend them to any of my fellow fiber enthusiasts. Packages arrive in a timely manner even though shipped to the East coast from West coast. They have a helpful staff and I like the fact they post videos on their web-site about products they sell. I bought 16 ounces of white Jacob wool and it is fantastic. I'm very new to spinning, less than a month. For someone who is so new their website was so helpful. I needed something for a beginner at a reasonable price and their website was very helpful in choosing the right fiber, at the right price. I got standard shipping and I had the fibers in less than 3 days. So quick!

If you want you yarn to arrive quickly, this is the place to order from. Everytime I order, the order arrives within days and I can start my project. They have a great selection of sock yarns.

In general my experience with Paradise Fibers had been good. They offer excellent products and usually excellent service, often next day service. However, a recent snafu has been a problem, I order Louet brown merino, the advertisement said 100 pounds were available, I also ordered shetland, and another type fiber. I ordered 3 pounds brown merino in separate orders on 7/17/2014. Paradise Fibers representatves contacted via e-mail and advised that some of the items I back ordered were on back order. On 7/18/2014, I talked to representative who advised the brown merino was not available, It still indicated on your web site that it was available. I told your representative to cancel the brown merino to send the rest of the order. She said she would credit my credit card for the deleted items and would get the rest of the order out and that I would receive an e-mail regarding shipping and changes right away. It is now Wednesday, July 23/2014 and I haven't heard a word. What is going on?
