Ordered what I wanted and received what I ordered.
I was happy with the product and the service. The only comment I have is that the website said free shipping and it gave a code. The order form site would not take the code so I ended up having to pay for shipping. Otherwise...I would order again from this site.

Very quick and fabulous!
I found the website to be so easy to navigate. The checkout was great and I got the yarn so quickly! It was exactly what I wanted and I will be shopping with them again.

FANtastic company!
I love Paradise Fibers! FANtastic company!Quite frequently, they offer free shipping, and it's speedy too. There's a nice selection of merchandise. They are friendly folks and follow up if you have a question. The points reward system is a great incentive too. There are a few problems: Sometimes points are not rewarded and are held back for some reason. The description of an item is inaccurate. Some items regularly out of stock.

Outstanding and consistent service
I have ordered several products, from something as small as a yarn cutter to something as large as my spinning wheel, through PF. Every order has arrived quickly and been well packed. I always look forward to getting my monthly fiber club box. And I frankly cannot recommended this site highly enough.

I have always received great service and my items arrive in a timely fashion.
I would recommend Paradise Fibers to you, because they have a great selection of yarn and fiber. Their service is superb, and I have really appreciated the quality of the items that I have ordered. if you visit the store in Spokane, bring your money, because there are so many items that you will be tempted to purchase!

wonderful!
I have ordered from paradise fibers many times and always get what I want. And quickly, too. Worst thing is having to wait for the end of the month for my fiber club! But it's in a good way of anticipation. Of course, I do need more yarn and fiber storage now!! I could fix that if I could knit, crochet and spin at work, but that might get me fired and then I wouldn't have money for more yarn and fiber. What a vicious circle that is!

Fabulous store with very helpful and friendly service.
The women there were great. They went out of their way to help me find a particular yarn. They were helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Exactly what you look for in a local retailer. I just wish I lived closer.

A Great Company to Do Business With
When shopping online I buy almost all of my weaving equipment from Paradise Fibers. They have a great selection and the shipping is more than reasonable (many times shipping is free). If something is backordered I get a prompt email and they try to make everything right. I love them!
