I can honestly say that I have had no problems with orders arriving in a good time and in good condition. I love doing these and am on my 4th one. I did find the block diagrams a little hard to follow in the first place bit with a bit of practise it all makes sense.

Great quality product! Nice heavy paper, designed well too. I enjoyed making this so much, it was a challenge and turned out great. Love it!

The product itself is great, however it arrived damaged due to poor packaging. I'd ordered two as birthday gifts and neither are in a condition I would be happy to give. I got in contact and asked for a replacement to be sent for one (thinking I'd keep one for myself) and was only offered a 25% off voucher - which was already included in the package and no guarantee that it would be packed in a better manner.

Hi Elizabeth, we're very sorry you've had this experience with PaperCraft World. We offer free replacements on items that arrive damaged, we only ask for a photo to verify the damaged item. This must have been a customer service mistake. We apologize for this. Papercraftwold.com Products looked fun so ordered it for my niece on 8 May 2020. Order confirmation quickly received. Tracking number received. Then nothing. Order has now been “stuck” in shipping center since 28 May 2020. Despite correspondence with papercrafworld by email their response time is slow. Usually a couple of days. Despite papercraftworlds repeated promis Ses to sort out the problem nothing has happened and on 18 June 2020 we have still not received the product. Unfortunately seems like a scam and should be avoided!

I ordered a paper fox figure for around $40 which is a lot for some stenciled paper but it did look cool. The website stated delivery to most US addresses in 3-6 business days. I submitted my order on April 21st. It didn't ship until April 28th, when it did I was provided a non functional tracking number. When I inquired a few days later I was provided updated tracking that said my package was between the original carrier (La Posted?) and USPS. Package tracking didn't update for a week. I requested an update. Another week went by and I requested a refund or replacement shipment. They refused. Package still has not arrived 6 weeks after original order. They refuse to refund or send a new shipment even though it's clearly lost, shipment tracking hasn't updated since May 5th. I had to charge back via my credit card company to get my money back.

Hi Kevin, we had experienced some delays due to COVID19 courier holds around the world during the time of shipping your order. Our policy during this time was to wait 60 days for shipments to arrive, as many shipping ports around the world had full closures or holds on inbound packages. Our policy is to send a replacement for any lost packages that don't arrive, which we would happily have done however you filed a dispute with your credit card company preventing us from being able to send any replacement items.
