not sure if this company really exists. waiting nearly two months now. and not sure if tracking is maybe fake. since 4 weeks in spanish customs? really doubt it. and contacted several times and no feedback. now after more than 8 weeks received my order. means company exists. and yes product is cool. paying additional tax is not fun. so maybe should open a brauch in Europe also. would then also go faster. but product is really cool.

The people at Papercraftworld were really fast to respond and offer assurances about shipping, but ultimately it took more than 7 weeks to land (they said 5-7 days at various intervals). If they were just honest / realistic about the shipping times a lot of these reviews wouldn't be so harsh. Once it arrived though it was of high quality and a fun project to complete with my daughter.

UPDATE: Not a scam, product received, just very, very disorganized and using an unusual delivery system that is not FedEx or USPS or UPS. It feels like a scam as they take a long time to respond and when they do they write like scammers. Product requires glue FYI and it not easy to put together. It takes a while.

Three stars right now. I had the same experience as the posts below where I ordered several weeks ago, got no response and my tracking numbers didn't work. I reached out via email and got a new tracking number today and it shows that it has left China, landed in the US and is now with USPS. Three stars for no communication, but if my order doesn't actually show up, I'll edit it and also do a chargeback.

Never got anything, not even a shipping note, only loose promises after contacting customer services! Don’t waste money! I thought this could be a fun Christmas present for my nephew and niece! Update: sending confirmation came the same day I wrote this text. Received my order on 10.12. Total delivery time from ordering till receiving was 25.11.-10.12. Apart from that, everything all right. So if you have enough time, I can totally recommend it, good and fun stuff. But turn around time should be updated on website. If the statement were true, there would be more stars.

I really enjoyed the kit that I purchased. My order arrived quickly and the piece is really spectacular. I immediately purchased more kits for gifts. My only criticism is with the shipping packaging. The shipping was sort of expensive for being mailed cardstock (+$8 paid when the postage on the envelope was only ~$2.50). There was also nothing to keep the envelope ridgid so my postal carrier folded it when putting it in the mailbox. The kit was also mailed in its standard display packaging so there was no way to hide what was in the envelope if this had been a gift for someone at the same address.
