The item did take longer than the 7-9 day estimate and I did have to contact Papercraft World for the tracking number but bearing in mind the time difference between UK and US I'm happy with the response times to my emails. Item arrived within the same month it was ordered; although it took longer than the estimated delivery time, the tracking information kept me informed of it's whereabouts and did explain that there were problems with available flights and costs. Once the item arrived in the UK it was delivered within a day. Overall, despite delays, a good experience and acceptable communication. Outer packaging in perfect condition but corners of inner envelope containing project were scrunched, however contents in tact so not too concerned. Quality of item looks good but can't comment further as it is a Christmas present. Overall good experience, thank you.

I’d give it 5 stars if glue had been included or even is several recommendations were given on what glue to use.

It took a bit of time to deliver to where I am, but with Covid-19 and the current mail situation really cannot say where the fault lies (actually it seems local deliveries are taking far longer than international...). The model is fantastic. Read the instructions carefully! Take your time! And take it easy. Instructions are not the easiest. But once you get around this, its fantastic, and the results are fab. Take your time! I made sure not to do it in too short a time frame. I tried to give glue between parts a longer time, before adding the fiddelier bits, just to make sure the other parts are properly dried. Therefore only doing a few pieces a day, it makes things easier.

Had the Pumpkin mask and loved it was challenging to make but loved making it, my only criticism is the instructions can be a little hard to follow, but once you get your head around them it build very easily

Being our first attempt building a Papercraftworld mask, we made mistakes that weakened the folds in the final mask and required a lot of tape to keep things together. We purchased 2 of the same mask (just a different color) so our 2nd attempt turned out much better. Not sure if it's possible but stronger material would be helpful. Overall, everyone says our masks look cool :)
