Order date: 10/01/2025 (Winter) Complaint date: 04/22/2026 (before summer) After 4 months of use, the rubber started to crack on both seats and only one color (so its clearly quality control issue). This is supposed to be for outdoors use. The last 4 months were winter, not even summer weather! When I raised a complaint, the customer support was rude and said they cant take responsibility for this as it looks like a knife cut! The audacity! They left my complaint "pending" until now - Its 20/July, no one came to inspect and did not even care for their customer! Never again Pan Home! I hope you read this, as I am not going to waste more of my time reaching you!

Worst quality products, i order cupboard but its so thin like paper it all get loose and open from all side within a week its so expensive but very very bad quality i throw 1000 cupboard to Garbage broken into pieces within 15 days.please check review before u buy anything from panhome

Extremely bad and poor quality product. I bought a mattress and even though we got it exchanged still its so so bad and uneven mattress, its been few weeks only and we have to discard it. Wastage of money.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Pan Home. We ordered a complete bedroom set for my daughter, and the delivery arrived incomplete. The wardrobe is missing the rod to hang clothes, making it impossible to use. On top of that, the standing mirror that was part of the order was not delivered at all. Because of this, my daughter's clothes are scattered all over the house, and we have no proper place to organize them. We were then told that the missing wardrobe rod will only be delivered on Monday, which means we are left with an unusable bedroom for days. This is basic quality control. Before any furniture leaves the warehouse, someone should check that all parts are included. Customers should not have to deal with missing pieces and incomplete deliveries after paying for a brand-new bedroom. Very disappointing service and a stressful experience. I expected much better from Pan Home and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

I have bought a corner sofa from Pan home 5 months back, and ever since i bought it i have to send it for service since the sofa cushions are uneven , and every single time they take for repairing they bring it in a worst condition than before , last time when they brought it back , the seat cushion fabric has bobbles on it , i got busy with my daughters wedding since whenever they take it they keep it for good 5 to 6 days and we were having guests coming over, yesterday i visited their showroom zahia from where i bought it , i met mohsin and ashraf they were very helpful and assured the issue will be resolved for good , today i received a message from their team and they seem least bothered despite mentioning my frustration and the trouble i have been facing due to incompetency of their product and team, i have complete right to request a replacement or a refund as per uae law, since they have damaged the fabric also during their so called repair

Extremely disappointed with PAN Home Al Barsha. Delivery commitments were repeatedly missed, and no one seemed interested in resolving the issue. I had to personally visit the store to cancel my order and request a refund after wasting considerable time. The after-sales service is poor, communication is lacking, and the logistics management is highly unprofessional. Customers deserve better treatment once payment has been made. Very frustrating experience. Sales person was Good BS0714592 invoice number -order cancelled after waiting long time for a delivery

Pan Home repeatedly failed to deliver my furniture as agreed, despite multiple assurances and knowing my building had strict delivery hours. I took two unpaid days off work, spent hours chasing updates, received contradictory information from customer service, and ended up sleeping on the floor for two nights because my bed wasn't delivered. After escalating to Dubai DET, Pan Home offered compensation and a discount, but months later neither has been honoured. Poor communication, broken promises, and no accountability. I won't be purchasing from Pan Home again.

PAN Home offers attractive designs, competitive prices, and a great range of products. I was genuinely planning to make my whole apartment purchase there. Unfortunately, after two disappointing interactions with the call center, I changed my mind. The lack of professionalism and courtesy over the phone was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. Ironically, the in-store staff were excellent polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The quality of the customer service over the phone simply did not reflect the quality of the brand.
