Hello, Thank you for sharing your concerns. Pangama Jewelry is a legitimate brand, and all orders placed on our official website are processed immediately, which is why cancellations are not always possible once an order enters fulfillment. We do reply to cancellation requests, but if the order is already being prepared, we are unable to stop it. We also want to reassure you that our items are made from 925 sterling silver. If you are not satisfied once your order arrives, you are always welcome to return it for a refund in accordance with our return policy. If you need help with tracking or the return process, we are here to assist.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how alarming it can feel when something doesn’t seem right, and we would like to clarify the situation clearly. Pangama Jewelry is a legitimate company, and your order was successfully placed through our official website. As with all online stores, payments are processed immediately at checkout — this is standard practice and is outlined in the policies accepted during purchase. Regarding the phone line: due to the extremely high volume of orders and inquiries during the Black Friday period, our customer service operates exclusively via email. Calls are redirected to voicemail, which is why you were asked to leave a message. This does not indicate any form of scam — it is simply how our support system is structured during peak season. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we are unable to cancel it. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives, and a refund will be issued as soon as it is received back at our fulfillment center. We remain fully committed to assisting you within the policies agreed to at checkout. If you need help with tracking or with the return process once your package arrives, we are here to assist you.

Hello Helena, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced. For clarification, once an order is confirmed on our website, it is automatically forwarded to our fulfillment center for processing. At that point, we are no longer able to cancel it, even if the tracking page still shows “awaiting collection.” This status only indicates that the carrier has not yet scanned the parcel into their network — not that the order is unprocessed or still in our warehouse. We apologise if this was not clearly communicated during our conversations. Our team responded based on the live status of your order within our system and in accordance with the policies accepted during checkout. Please rest assured that customers are always welcome to return their order once it arrives, and a refund is issued as soon as the returned package is received back at our fulfillment center. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the clarity and efficiency of our communication. If you need any additional assistance, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience — especially since the charm was meant as a gift. We understand how frustrating it is to receive an incorrect item. To confirm whether an item was indeed delivered incorrectly, our team must receive a clear photo attached directly to the email thread. This is required for verification and to process any replacement correctly. We apologize that this was not clearly communicated in the initial responses. Please rest assured that your replacement for the correct charm has already been arranged, and we are truly sorry for the delay you experienced.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your frustration. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that the bracelet you purchased is 20cm, which is the largest size available in our collection and is not a child-sized bracelet. If the fit is still not suitable, you are absolutely welcome to return it. Regarding returns, while our logistics partners are global — including fulfillment centers across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. — this is a common practice among modern e-commerce brands to ensure fast and efficient delivery worldwide. Return locations may vary depending on the fulfillment center used for that particular order.
