Joined the discord and they were very helpful and walked me through setting up my Minecraft server for the first time. Ftb quests didn't work but thats an issue with the mod, nothing the server hosting could do. Highly recommend!

i busted to how easy it was to have a server

Works as well as expected, meaning completely fine for my purposes of hosting a basic Minecraft server. They've been having some downtime issues lately, but their services are cheap enough to make up for it (a mere $5/month for 4 gigs of RAM (I think)). They do offer great support via their Discord server, which is a nice bonus for me.

SpringRacks is one of the best no-nonsense hosts. I had originally gotten the idea to use them from someone else, and the service had only gotten better with time. Their payment system and terms of service are short and intuitive, a big change from other hosts which require a 10 minute trot through a legal forest. It's not the host to end all hosts, but their stellar customer service is patient and always willing to help. Combine this with competitive pricing, and it's a right choice for a smaller server of 2-40 people.

In my honest opinion, there are many better hosts out there. I was using springracks for a few months, minimal downtime, but I was always having performance issues when I shouldn't be. I figured it was just my own fault due to the amount of mods, and players we had. Well, I swapped to a different hosting provider and my performance problems were solved. Although, i will say springracks was helpful and kind when I did need help, it does feel like I was being cheated out of performance considering I'm paying the same with my new provider as I was with the guys over at springracks. TL;DR Springracks is very helpful, and nice staff but definitely not worth the price. I'd choose another host.

Absolutely amazing service and community- really helped out when I was confused (even at simple things like mods, haha) Affordable and so easy to understand- Performance wise was alright, (that was our fault, we sort of overloaded everything every second we get) Please give it a try if you're wondering, it's so fun

Great help from staff and the server runs perfectly! Not to mention how easily it is to use the panel compared to other panels. Would recommend for others! Brandon has been a big help with it all. Would love to see a Panel Gui upgrade if possible :)
